A cabin that gets hungry
In-flight service runs as service rounds per travel class, with live passenger satisfaction that responds to how the flight is going and dine on demand in First and Business.

How does it work in practice?
Distribute passengers across classes, then run the service — welcome drinks, meals, hot and cold drinks, duty-free, tidy-up — in auto or manual mode. Food, drink and lavatory demand build up over the flight; the satisfaction score reacts to how well the crew keeps up. First and Business get dine on demand with orders per seat.
Service is where the cabin stops being scenery. A round takes time, competes with everything else happening on the deck, and satisfaction reacts if it is skipped or rushed. That makes the flight's quiet middle section something you can get right or wrong, rather than a stretch to time-compress through. Cabin service is part of Pro.
- ✦Seatbelt sign on: the cabin secures itself and rounds pause
- ✦Live satisfaction 0–100 per class and overall
- ✦Dine on demand: crew capacity, waiting orders, per-seat courses
Part of CabinCRU Pro, which has not shipped yet.
What does this not do?
Satisfaction is tracked during the flight, not after it. There is no post-flight score and no report — the history shows what you flew, not how well.
